Our princess might be in another castle, but our beer is right here. Kettle Soured with white peach giving it peach ring vibes with a medium/low sour.

Bright golden orange with sharp clarity, even with a vigorous pour there's only 1/4" of foam. No lacing.
Aroma is really great, intense juicy peach, leafy and succulent fruit dripping with juice.
Taste is tart and peachy, seems pretty natural. Clean and crisp feel from the lacto, the taste is somewhat fleeting.
Carbonation is low to medium, especially towards the end of the glass. Could use a touch more, but not distracting.
Overall this is a great fruited kettle sour ale, straightforward and drinkable. This is how to do it.
