Neutral brown where light passes through the center of the glass. Small head with a minor streak on the glass.
Brown sugar notes to the smell. Very candy like.
Sweet but not as sweet as the smell suggests. More darker malt flavors. Good alcohol presence. Smooth body and lower carbonation. Mellow finish but the aftertaste lasts a decent amount of time featuring brown sugar. Overall, this seems like a superior Belgian Dubbel.
