Lighter amber and nearly clear. Lasting, but small, head. Some streaks on the glass.
The smell is more pale malt than sour. Attractive.
The beer starts off as a pale ale but quickly turns tart. Rather nondescript on the sour. Neutral body and lower carbonation. The finish is biting but not overly sour. Relatively easy to drink without being lip-puckeringly tart.
