Draft at brewery. Clear, dark golden, small tight beige head. Light caramel malts in the aroma. Malty taste, a bit dry and dusty, and a pretty big hoppy bite. Not hazy for a change.

On tap at the brewer; cool new location in Avimor. Served in a pint shaker;
A: Slightly darker pale gold; clear with a creamy white head and lace.
S: Mostly malty, a bit toasty and nutty, with impressions of earthy, herbal, and citrus hops.
T & MF: Follows the nose, more malty again with a bite of bitterness and a snappy clean finish and impressions of citrusy and rindy hops.
O: Tough to judge a brewery on one beer that isn’t your favorite style; this leans English (might be actually?) with the malt profile. It drinks just fine but just isn’t that interesting.
