This is our favorite big IPA to make. A nose full of citrus and resiny hop translates to a candied orange/citrus flavor, finishing with an easy bitterness. Too many of these may cause you to fall off your chair, and register seismic activity on the Richter Scale.

Taster at brewery. Copper colored pour, barely there head, spotty lacing. Aroma is malty, coming in like a barleywine. Taste is malty, sweet and strong, some tannic notes. Strong but not overly hoppy, super malty.
