Draft served in stemware at the tasting room.
Amazing nuance, oak, Brett, grapefruit, pineapple. Mild tartness, big tannin, brie rind cheese funk. Super drinkable with loads of complexity. Went with a half pour first, then had to get a second one immediately, it was that good. Supermoon is doing it right.
