A curiously inviting color juxtaposed with dryness and satisfying drinkability. Tons of flavor, comforting and complex- yet very confidently a beer drinkers beer. Glazed apricot, wheat toast crust, orange marmalade and dry baking spices.

Tawny amber, opaque clarity, ample foam, pitted rocky head, sudsy chunks of lace all around the glass.
Nutty malt forward aroma with a hint of an assertive yeast that brings some mild fruity esters.
Dried apricot, almonds, savory and nutty grains. Dry aftertaste with a hint of honey and bittering hops.
Medium bodied, ample carb with a creamy texture. Mild acidity, bittersweet then dry.
A pleasure to drink, and a successful rendition of an increasingly obscure style in the US.
