A collaboration a long time in the making between two brewers and their love for saison. Treated with currents and pineapple. A slight tartness with a burst of citrus.

Look: It pours amber with a large fluffy head and a bit of haze. It has an off white head with excellent head retention.
Smell: It has light fruit aromas that feature currents with a bit of flowery hints. It has doughy notes in the background with a touch of citrus and lemon.
Taste: The flavors have strong currant flavor with some pineapple and citrus. The citrus is ornage like with a touch of lemon. There is a bit of spiciness to it as well. It has a bit of a doughy and cracker like flavor towards the finish.
Feel: It has a medium body with a dry finish.
Overall, it is often that a beer feature flavors that just aren't what some would expect. This beer isn't one of those cases. The feature flavors are clear, but also allow the saison elements to come through.
