Served in a tall pokal at the brewpub.

Where's Louie before he hit the gym and the diet? Regardless, this thinner version pours a clear pale sallow topped by a finger of white micro-foam. The nose comprises rice, light wheat, and flowers. The taste holds notes of wheat, light corn syrup, and fresh spring water (you heard me: fresh!). The body is quite light, with a light moderate carbonation, a watery feel, and a crisp finish. Overall, not the biggest, baddest beer in the world, but it's eminently drinkable and more than delivers on what it advertises.

Sampled 10/7/2010 at the brewpub.

Pours bright neon yellow, fairly clear, white head, with decent retention and some lacing. Very bright, looks like it will glow in the dark.

Smells like lemongrass infused American Pils complete with hay and malt.

Tastes dry, lemony, malty, light, and highly bittered.

Body is very light and drinkability is high. Solid American lager.

Tick.
