Farmhouse Pilsner
Lager yeast co-ferments with Brettanomyces that blends tropical funk with the crisp drinkability of a pilsner. Dry-hopped w/ Zuper Saazer, Spalter select, and Triumph for a classic herbal aroma with a hint of lime zest

Carried to the curb @ Beermiscuous. Area X is a very interesting use of Brett applied to the pils style. Refreshing and drying. (It may be too interesting to pair with typical pils foods. But, I will try that next time.)
Now brewing at the Pilot Project, this is only my second from Odious Cellars. While I very much like their artwork and their brewing philosophy, I would very much like them to change their name as it will improve their potential. Their name is as if they want to play a joke on their customers. I'm giving them high OA marks because I'm anticipating that they will change their name.

Pours a bright pale gold with ample frothy foam that leaves behind some spotty lacing. Earthy aroma, some minor floral fruitiness derived from the Brett yeast. Moderately bitter, lightly tart, grassy noble hops with some brief funk and fruitiness. Smooth and light, though Brett always seems to add more body. Overall this is a pretty interesting beer, fairly hop forward with an ample amount of Brett.
