Bright gold, huge head of billowing foam, glittering sudsy lacing around the glass.
Sweet lavender and violet aroma, slight musty hay note of Brett or bacteria, vaguely minerally.
Taste is tart lemon and sweet lavender, violets maybe too. Light bodied with palate scrubbing carb. Definitely comes across as floral, if you like an Aviation cocktail, you’ll dig this one.
