I think this was my favorite of the beer tried here during my first visit. Poured from tap into a rounded pint glass. Clear yellow color with with good head and lacing. Pleasant floral smell. Spicy, dry and pleasantly bitter. Rustic flavor and feel. Very nice beer - I look forward to tasting other saisons from this brewery.
