Poured this beer from a bottle purchased at the brewery into a tumbler. Brownish pink color with little head or lacing. Sweet berries smell and taste, especially strawberries. The strawberry has a little vanilla and some black pepper. Good beer but probably won’t buy again.

L-The look from the pour is immediately bubbly with a small, lacy head. The bubbles remain the color is a watered down red that is slightly opaque, but I can still see my finger on the other side.
S-immediate funk. Some dank, sparkling cider, fresh apple, sweet tart, grape, and sweet wine. For the ABV on this saison, I don’t get much booze.
T-Subtly bitter carbonation of wine and hop. Slightly earthy, grassy and sweet. Understated, but the tart wine grapes are very present. Funky backbone throughout. The French oak barrel has left a subtle earthy tone. Booze grows slightly as the beer warms.
F-Not as dry as I’d like, but dry enough.
O-A pretty solid and decently interesting Saison. Not sure if I would have again but a valiant effort on their part to make something different.
