Poured at fridge temp. Pours a very dark brown with lots of a tan head. Lacing is incredible. The nose is roasted malts, slight coffee, plums, Christmas fruit cake, and nice spices.
The taste is surprisingly flavorful. Wow - actually took me by surprise. Dark stone fruit, coffee, charred wood, peat smoke, pears, tar, and dark bread. This is a really interesting mix of smoke and fruit. I'm digging it. The aftertaste is a mix of coffee and smoke.
