Welcome to our playground. We married Belgian hops, grains, and honey with a highly attenuating saison yeast strain right before we dry hopped this beer with noble German origin hops. Subtle saison funk pairs with Saaz origin noble hops.

Welcome to our playground? More like welcome to our horror movie abandoned amusement park. Clear orangey brown body with a white cap. In smell and taste the same problem persists: starts with a nice bready yeast, though thinner, but then metal and dry hops that are way too powerful take over, messy. Body is thin for style, hops star more than yeast, too bitter, metallic textures, though not as strong as smell and taste, are there continuing to ruin the profile.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
