New American Pilsner Dry Hopped w/ Strata

Every brewery needs SOMETHING edgy and hardcore, and we hadn’t really done anything like that yet...so, Lucifer fits the bill...right? Crushing lager? Those things are like a match made in heaven. Uniquely dry hopped with Strata to coerce beautiful floral and fruity notes atypical to a traditional pilsner, all while being built on a lighter base to be as expressive as possible.

16oz can from Tavour. Clear golden, carbonated, white foamy head. Aroma is clean grainy, bready malts, biscuits. Taste is simple and straight forward, nothing fancy, and spit for a pils. This is perfect on a stinking hot day.

A: The beer is crystal clear golden yellow in color and has a moderate to high amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a finger high white head that died down but consistently left a short head covering the surface and lots of lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Light aromas of honeydew melon and strawberries are present in the nose along with hints of grassy hops.
T: The taste follows the smell, but has a bit stronger flavors of melon and berry. There is a light amount of bitterness.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied, crisp and clean on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I enjoyed the subtle yet interesting aromas and flavors in this pilsner. It was very easy to drink.
