A Pale Mexican Lager
Much, medium bubbled white head, that slowly gets rocky and leaves a lot of lacing on the glass, as the head recedes. Very clear, medium gold appearance. Light herbal/grassy aroma, mingling with faint, light toast barley malt aroma, with maybe a whiff of white pepper. Enjoyable, medium bodied, medium light toasted and caramelized malt, with a little touch of floral hop flavor. Smooth with nearly no bite.
