I had this beer on-tap at the brewery in a stemmed flute.
Appearance: hazy pale yellow hue with a thin finger of frothy ivory foam atop. Looks good!
Smell: pretty light malt aroma with a dash of citrus. It’s nice, but the volume could be turned up a bit I think.
Taste: lightly malty with a citrusy, slightly tropical hop flavor. Not a big juice bomb, DDH notwithstanding, because it’s relatively light at 5.4%. Just a nice chill IPA — I’m into it.
Mouthfeel: medium light body with a good level of carbonation and creaminess, especially considering its lightness.
Overall: very drinkable IPA, with hazy characteristics although not typical of the NEIPA style. Pretty darn crushable, in fact.
