Slightly hazed pale golden brew with plenty of foam in the spiky goblet. Taste is mildly tart with something fruity and a distinct note of passion fruit in the finish. There is a little sweetness as well with just a slight drying as is usual with the Belgian yeast. But the fruit stands out and the sweetness give it some punch. Overall this is a really interesting beer that defies categorization. It's a fruit flavored beer, it's a Blonde Ale, it's a WIld Ale, it's a low alcohol Belgian Single. From the 16 oz can purchased at Town & Country Market. No apparent date.
