On tap in the taproom in Littleton, NH.
A gorgeous straw gold color, lightly unfiltered.
Subtle and very pleasant aromas of wild blossoms and honey.
Elegant saison-y profile with a hint of peach. Didn't detect a peppery finish bite but enjoyed the experience anyway.
Very nice.

Can. Nearly clear bright gold with small head and a little lace. Lemon pepper vanilla with a very tiny hint of funk. Medium sweet hints of vanilla and apricot tartness. Light spicy finish with some lingering tartness. Medium light body low very fine carbo. Very good.

12 oz can into a tulip glass.
Pours a cloudy golden straw color with a massive, soapy white head that has excellent retention, particularly for the style. Leaves some random splotchy lacing. Gorgeous looking saison.
The aroma brings notes of lemongrass, sweet bubblegum yeast, and spicy hops. Floral and peppery. Slightly rustic. Pretty standard aroma for the style but still pleasant.
The taste follows the nose with a fair bit of citrus; a bit of lemon and orange zest. There's plenty of bubblegum flavor with a spicy, cracked pepper finish.
The body is medium-light with pretty good carbonation, though a bit soft for the style. Very drinkable with a bone dry finish.
Overall, this was a pretty good all around saison. There's nothing special about it, but it's absolutely a good representation of the style and certainly worth a try.
