On tap at the brewery
While this is not my first time here, it is my first review as I want to get at least 1 review for every brewery in the state. I like this place, but it’s unfortunate there’s no dogs here today. Oh well, let’s get into it
Pours a slightly cloudy orange gold with a finger of white head that slowly fades to a ring and leaves minimal lacing
This is floral and zesty in the nose, really feels like a summertime beer. I’m picking up on aromas of wildflower honey, orange zest, biscuity malt, floral hops, white pepper, and light pear skin
It’s not as snappy in taste and a bit sweeter but still good. On the front end of the sip I’m tasting crackery malt, lemon zest, sweet honey, and floral hops. The swallow brings notes of wildflower honey, bready malt, pear skin, and light caramel
A medium body pairs with gentle carbonation, resulting in a crisp beer. Finishes neutral which is unfortunate because it could use the snap
It’s nothing crazy but it’s solid. I like this place overall

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
