16oz can, dated 05.03.2023, poured into a 16oz tumbler glass. Enjoyed on 05.20.2023, reviewed from Tasting Journal.
The beer pours a bright golden color, straw and lemon hues, slight haze, bubbles rising to the top of the glass, a nice foamy head appears with good lacing and retention. The aroma is nice, earthy noble hop, herbal, green, floral with lemon citrus, mineral water and plenty of pale cereal grains and bread dough. The flavors are good, moderately bitter pine, grass clippings, floral hop that is somewhat herbal, lemon citrus, easy pale grain and lingering mineral water. The mouthfeel is good, coating, crisp, lighter medium body, bubbly and dry finish.
Verdict: A nice pilsner from Art History. Crisp, bright, earthy and refreshing.

Clear pale straw color with a tight white head. Cracker and bread on the nose. Mostly cracker on the palate with a bit of both grass and citrus. Finish is very dry. Body is light and crisp. Extremely tasty pilsner I'll certainly come back to.

Pours an effervescent and bright gold with two fingers of eggshell colored head. Good lacing and better head retention
S: Bready with some soapy hops, some floral hops. Great nose
T: Follows the nose grainy sweetness and a touch of lemon up front. Grainy sweetness grassiness and a touch of lemon as a spear warms up. Dryness in the finish, grassiness and slightly bitter grain along with bready sweetness
MF; Medium body with light carbonation, good balance
Well made highly drinkable Pilsner

Thanks to FBarber for this golden imbibe.
A beautiful gem in the glass. A slightly hazy golden straw swirl quickly clears up while pumping a frothy white cap nearly 3 fingers skyward.
The nose pops, peppery & herbal with zesty lemon & grass, and a hint of crackery malt.
The flavors start off with the herbal notes, then straight to grass, and bright lemon. The undertones of the malt are definitely a solid base. Again, crackery and most pleasant.
A really smooth, crisp ride. Carbonation is lively but not overwrought.
Overall, could kill these all summer long.

poured from a 16oz can into a new glarus dimpled mug. pours a chill haze yellowish gold with a firm three fingers of white foam. a truly beautiful pour. slightly earthy and spicy noble hops on the nose along with biscuits, grass, lemons and lager yeast. wonderful. taste has those elements but it finishes a little bit watery and bland, not to mention a little less carbonation than i’d prefer. it’s definitely a thicker mouthfeel but i’d prefer it be a little “crispier” and give up some of its heftiness in favor of drinkability. it’s still a super solid German pils.
