Clear golden saison with a thin white head. Aroma is spicy with pepper notes on white bread and light grainy notes. Hints of citrus zest. Taste follows the nose with white bread and grain, pepper driven yeast notes and a hint of citrus zest. It’s a solid saison - nice easy drinking.

Had on tap. Cloudy banana yellow with two fingers of white head. Aromas of white pepper, orange zest, fresh white bread, lemon, grass and belgian yeast. Taste is exactly as it smells but with light dry earth in the background. Feel is bright, springy, yeasty and slightly earthy. Kind of reminds me of GI sofie. The wife liked it
