Saison brewed with French Pilsner, Wheat, & Vienna malt and Perle & Styrian Goldings hops. Spicy, floral, & earthy notes in the aroma with a delightfully dry finish.

Partially cloudy golden body with 3 fingers of tight white foam, tons of lacing. Smell and taste both prominently feature rustic yeast and grain with a rising floral and grassy finish. Smell has some mild lemon ester added. Taste has cracker with big lemon zest added. Feel is light and full, very smooth and clean without loosing the rustic yeast softness and complexity
