Can. Hazy pale orange with beautiful lasting white head and lace. Peppery grainy aroma with a hint of pineapple. Medium light fruity sweetness, citrus fruitiness replaces some of the vanilla cereal of traditional saisons and finish is herbal peppery with fruit lemon. Medium light soft body, perfectly carbonated to blend flavors. Excellent. Would be even better without the lemon peel, but a beautifully made beer.

Pours clear golden color with descent head. Strong peach aromas and yeast and cereal flavour. Low bitterness and elevated carbonation. Feels like a pilsner-IPA hybrid. Nice summer beer. Will review again shortly.

Draft: Poured a clear golden color ale with a nice thick white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of cereal notes, light rustic malt with some residual sugar notes. Taste is a good mix of cereal notes with some rustic malt with some residual sugar notes and light bready ester. Body is about average with good carbonation. Good drinkable saison with some complexity missing.
