A unique Belgian Witbier, brewed with a wheat ale grain backbone & hopped like an IPA.

Reading the description explains why this tastes so different, and why it's a lot lower in alcohol then typical IPAs. I's not even strong enough to call an "Imperial Wit" but the flavor is certainly amped-up." It's rather bitter and I would say a yeasty bitterness, though there is some herbal taste as well. Mouthfeel is spritzy and sudsy. Some citrus flavors with a tang of orange peel. Overall it's on the sharper side with some malt as well. I wouldn't be surprised if it's got the coriander too. An odd but interesting hoppy brew but it's not your sister's IPA. From the 32 oz jug filled at the brewery tap.
