16oz can served in a big snifter. Dated 2021-09-20. Bought it at the brewery at one day old.
Pours a kind of dark golden color with a fairly small head and little or no visible carbonation. Smell is mild, darkly fruit-juicy, melon and earthiness.
Taste is brighter and fruitier, though thickly themed around very ripe tropical fruit; still melon-y, maybe a slight hint of grainy sweetness. Kind of a light, bright splash of hop resin late in the taste.
Mouthfeel is medium though a bit still. Overall, it's a pretty good beer.
