Hazy, very pale (straw) color. Minor head, but some line lace is initially left on the glass.
Sweet bublegum, tutti-fruity smell. Subsequent smell bring a very subtle terpintine note. It's soft enough that it doesn't distract, but it's still unexpected. Low hop.
Surprisingly dry on the tongue given the smell. Nearly astringent. The body leans to the richer side with a neutral carbonation. There's a strong hop that shows up quickly and creates a bitter finish and a lasting aftertaste. This is a tale of two senses that do not line up. The sweet nose is completely lost once the beer is tasted.
