Poured from 16oz can into a dimpled mug. This is a double dry-hopped IPA with El Dorado, Freestyle NZ Cascade, and Cashmere hops.
Appearance: thick, hazy, medium-yellow hue with a finger of frothy ivory foam atop. Pretty!
Smell: herbal, earthy, slightly tropical, and slightly juicy. Interesting; I don't know that I've had a hazy IPA that was Cascade-forward before. Not too bad!
Taste: earthy, dank, and slightly tropical. What comes across as herbal in the aroma transforms into a satisfying dankness in the flavor, with plenty of sweetness to back it up. Bitterness is moderate, but enough to balance the sweetness. Great!
Mouthfeel: medium body with a decent level of carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: a very interesting beer all-around; I'd definitely drink this again.
