Thankfully, this tastes nothing like your great aunt’s ambrosia salad. This beer is hopped with Cashmere, Ekuanot Lupomax, Azacca Lupomax, and Freestyle Nelson hops and Stefano’s multifaceted grain bill. You’ll get heavy citrus aromas and flavors as well as some light papaya and a soft herbal sage finish.

Poured from 16oz can into my BeerAdvocate teku. No date on the can.
Appearance: medium yellow-golden hue with plenty of haze and a thick cap of frothy ivory foam atop. It looks the business!
Smell: super dank/tropical aroma; I’m not sure if this beer uses a thiolized yeast, but I would definitely not be surprised. I’m a fan.
Taste: rather like the aroma, but maybe a little less dank and a little more sweet. Definitely that kinda thiolized passionfruit thing going on. It’s definitely up my alley.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a good level of carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: the folks at Fast Fashion have done it again, making another hazy that I totally dig.
