Fine copper hued body, clear; fair carbonation; thin yet lasting head, off-white. Excellent toasted grain smell; biscuit. Beautiful flavor; rich grain notes, slightly toasted; light caramel and toffee; well-balanced hop bitterness. Medium bodied; light tingle on the palate; mildly dry.
This is a fantastic low-ABV beer, doing fine homage to a more traditional English style of beer. As a three-way collaboration effort, this project turned out nicely.
