Hazy white grapefruit juice. Big berry and light citrus hop aroma and flavor with a touch of hop funk. Good balance with light bitterness. Medium to light bodied with a light funky hop finish.

Appearance: Pours a cloudy golden color with a two finger head; strong retention with splotchy lacing
Smell: Floral tones with papaya, berries and white wine grape
Taste: Papaya and berries forward with a biscuity malt element; through the middle, the white wine grape aspect emerges along with stone fruit tones; delicate bitterness though the finish has an unusual dank, herbal flavor
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate to high carbonation
Overall: With the exception of the finish, I enjoyed this one as it shows off the Southern Hemisphere hops to a great extent; the combination with the Mosaic worked well
