An Atrium Brewing collab between its head brewer, and head pencil pusher. To celebrate our Second Birthday Month, Atrium's Co-Owner Princeton Hurst approached Spencer Guy about brewing his dream beer: A light, bright pilsner, with a soft, balanced bitterness, and expressive hop-driven aroma and flavor. Together, they decided on Lotus hops, and a simple base of pilsner malt and flaked rice. The result is a beer that expresses a nose full of strawberry, vanilla, and wildflower, followed by subtle and balanced flavors of honeysuckle, yuzu, kiwi, pear, melon, mimosa, and papaya, wrapped up in a dry, crisp, and crushable Dry-Hopped American Pilsner.

Nice bitterness on follow through. Lovely lacing. Love that it is a dry hopped Pilsner and suppose that is where the extra bitterness comes into play.
