Our house IPA is a 6.5% East meets West Coast single hopped CITRA India Pale Ale.

Sporting a new and improved identity, Brewed with white wheat, pilsner malt, and fluffy oats. Kettle hopped intensely with Citra, dry hopped again and again with more Citra. Soft but sharp, full bodied, and exploding with notes of pineapple, tangerine, yellow starburst, and and fresh squeezed OJ

Orange and color with a tiny bubbly white head. Nose is citrus and mango. Taste is very citrus and refreshing. Nice slight bitterness on the end. Good offering

East meets west in a turf war of the tastebuds. Bitter like traditional American IPA, but fruity like hazy ale, Atrium's flagship IPA has a little for everyone.

Made with all Citra hops, Steep Hill rises with a foamy white cap and a tantalizing scent of citrus, tropical and herbal character. With a splash of sweetened malts on the tongue, hints of honey, caramel and fruit juices set a succulent and sweet tone.

As the hops blossom on the middle palate, the citrusy taste of tangerine, mandarin and valencia oranges engulf the senses and usher in a juicy hop profile, woven together with mango, apricot and all-things-orange. Trending herbal with a verbena bite, notions of tea leaf, hemp and soft spruce frame a bitter-leading finish.

Medium bodied and trending dry, the session closes with a balance that resides on the bitter side of bitter-sweet and with a supporting malt backbone -a deliciously hoppy beer that's not too bitter and not too smooth.
