Spinning off of the popular Hawaiian drink, Atrium takes the tastebuds to the central pacific ocean with passionfruit, orange and guava flavored sour ale.
Built around the gose style, the lightly cloudy, golden-straw Tropical G fuels a foamy white froth and a tangy scent of tropical fruit followed by citrus, cider and vinous fruit. A mild mannered sweetness of sourdough and cereal swirl around the tastebuds while the anticipation of passionfruit, tangerine and guava bring those citrus and tropical promises to life. With an underpinning of tartness, additional fruitiness of white grape, lime, lemon and green apple complete the ensemble of fruit ahead of a briskly sour finish and a rounded salinity.
Medium bodied, smooth and juicy, the gose is a nice complement to the pog cocktail as the beer is a fantastic summertime refresher.

1 PINT can
Served in a tulip glass
This beer pours a murky, bright orange color and is topped with a mountain of creamy, beige head that leaves rocky lacing.
The passionfruit and tangerine kind of drown out the guava. I get it a little in the aftertaste. Briny, tropical goodness in the smell.
Passionfruit upfront. Nice salty flavor. Some tangerine follows with a little guava on the back end. A little tart
Medium bodied with a biting mouthfeel
Really refreshing beer.
