Key Lime Cheesecake Boy pours surprisingly gold, cast in a light haze and topped off with tepid froth. but as a swirl brings out the tantalizing scent of lime-laden citrus with a soothing scent of graham cracker, vanilla and yes- cream cheese it comes to mind that this isn't your father's beer. Early flavors heavily favor a sweet and sour interplay built around cereal, sourdough and sweet vanilla cream.
