Getting all the allergens involved, Atrium brewing weeds out the immune compromised with a pastry sour that blends peanut butter and lactose into a a flavor of jelly, candy and sandwiches. They might as well go ahead an somehow add pollen to the ingredients list.

Pouring a zesty and bubbly pinkish light mauve, Strawberry Fluffer Nutter PB&J Boy pops with the zeal of seltzer while teasing the nose with fruity, savory, toasty, nutty deliciousness. With a struggling mounting foam, the fizzy elixir falls flavor ahead of a sugary sweet taste of simple syrup, sweet cream, jam and squeezebox. Balanced with a moderate tartness, a citric acidity of lemon, lime and green apple give a sense of palatability while the veil of peanut butter and strawberry encapsulate the entire session.

Fuller for sour ale but never cloying, the taste is actually quite pleasant but is a far cry from most things considered beer.
