Another great neipa from these guys. This one is Simcoe, El dorado, and Cashmere, which is a very nice combination: brings out the green and juicy citrus (lime, tangerine) elements in interesting ways, and the Simcoe shows with some berry and wet garden notes. Only drawback: It’s just a tad hot with a very slight burn at the end.
