At the Burnsville brewery, in a pint glass, pour is semi-hazy yellow orange, decent 1 finger head and good lacing. Nose is more muted than I would expect….some faint orange, that’s about it. Very (citrus and maybe peach) juicy on the tongue, but not sweet, exactly, and not tart or pithy or pulpy, either. Somewhere in between all of that. Moderate to low carb. Little lively bitterness on the back half. Not really a pillowy soft mouthful…just juicy, wet, kind of middling in terms of heavy/full or light. I usually like these guys’ NEIPAs, but this is too much like juice for me.
