At the Burnsville taproom, in a nonic, pours a chalky pale yellow/orange with a thin pill-white 1 finger head, minimal retention but decent lacing nonetheless. Nose is kind of luxurious slightly green and garden-sweet citrus. and slightly underripe mango and passion fruit. Taste follows the nose bit somehow doesn’t quite have the layers or complexity: one note, though it is a good one, and almost a little oily, which is interesting and a little odd given how fruity it is. Pretty soft and thick mouthful…almost but not quite heavy given the abv.
