Appearance: Clear deep gold cold color, smallish mid-lasting near-white bubbly head, patchy lacing
Aroma: Very light nose. Faint hints of malty biscuits if anything
Taste/Flavor: Follows the nose: Mostly malts with a hint of bittering hops. Slightly dry finish
Mouthfeel: Medium-light body, moderate carbonation, crisp, light, refreshing
Overall: This is not a bad beer. In many ways, we wish its rating were higher. It is an easy to drink brew from natural ingredients and locally grown hops. Hops are grown in Otsego County by the great-great-grandchildren of Anheuser-Busch founder Adolphus Busch.

So my grandson plays youth ball against 88 teams from all over the US in Cooperstown this summer and wins the championship. To celebrate, my son brings me an assortment of Cooperstown BC beers. This was the first one I tried. It was fantastic. Would almost be worth the drive back up to get more. Very beautiful straw yellow in the glass with a rich foamy head. Hint of biscuity malt in the nose, though the billowy head got in the way. Rich mouthfeel and a very mild malt taste with just a hint of bittering hops and virtually no off-tastes of any kind. Incredibly drinkable--even as it warmed. Excellent!
