Had this served to me from the tap at Portobello Restaurant in Brookfield. It arrived in a pint glass; the body of the beer was apricot in color, hazy and opaque, with a two fingered head, looking great! The aroma off the top was a classical mix of citrus and pine. On the first sip those flavors stood out, followed by the moderating bite of the hops. I hadn't heard of Clocktown Brewery before I ordered this, and I was very impressed! I will have to venture over to Thomaston and check it out!
