No can date
Pours a frothy creamy fizzy 1.5 finger tan head with fair retention, fair messy lacing, clear ruby to auburn color
Nose is quite fruity, like a generic berry, bramble, herbal floral hops, fresh herbal tea, hint of earthy mint, some sweet malt, little biscuity reddish toasted malt
Taste starts with malts, biscuity grainy and quite toasty, little sweet bread crust, touch of caramel, hint of chocolate pastry, quite hoppy too with herbal earthy hops, herbal tea again, a very earthy spicy piney forest floor thing, light fruity notes in the background, med bitterness turning to a med high spicy hop bitterness on the finish
Mouth is med bod, med to a little lighter carb
Overall not bad, within style mostly but doesn't hit like Fullers for me, but still a decent beer

Picked-up a four-pack of cans at Curtis Liquors for about fourteen dollars. My second brew reviewed from these guys. Nice interpretation of this style.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
