Olicana and Triskel lay the subtle foundation of tropical fruit and spice, and then it is the citrusy turn of the Paraguayan lemon verbena and Sicilian lemon peel to ensure this classic dry Saison does its job keeping you refreshed throughout the hot summer days ahead…

330ml can. Rich gold with just a very light haze. Several streams of bubbles rise to a thin smear of head. Tastes as it smells: tangy lemon zest plus dusty, belgian-like yeast. Light body, light carbonation. Fresh and clean. On a cold, damp, December evening this zinging (rather than overtly sour) saison is highly enjoyable. On a hot, July afternoon, I can see this being a real hit. At 4.8% ABV it demands more than a single visit.
