Deep dark brown , almost black. Proper head forms but only hangs around for a few minutes. Light retention, low lacing.
Nose presents an inviting, subtle mix of chocolate and caramel malts and a hint of roast.
Flavor follows the nose. Subtly sweet chocolate and caramel malts are tamed by a mild roast.
Mouthfeel is a tad light with low carbonation and finishes with a smooth low bitterness.
