Vienna-style Lager brewed with a base of Pilsner malt, a sprinkling of various crystal and high dried malts, a delicate hopping of Hallertau Tradition & Tettnanger, & our beloved lager yeast. Offering provides subtle notes fresh bread, turbinado sugar, pecan, with a quick hit of malt sweetness. A dry finish provides balance to the malt character and keeps enjoyability HIGH. From the gods, we present, an OFFERING.

Grabbed a bunch of There Does Not Exist and Burgeon beers, and a few others on a recent trip to Windmill Farms. Untappd description was “Vienna-style Lager brewed with a base of Pilsner malt, a sprinkling of various crystal and high dried malts, a delicate hopping of Hallertau Tradition & Tettnanger, & our beloved lager yeast. Poured a medium copper/garnet color with 2-to-3 fingers of frothy off-white head. Could see plenty of bubble streams coming up along the sides of the glass. Outstanding watery-to-foggy lacing. Good retention. (Sight - 4.00)

Smelled sugary grain, baked wheat bread, plum, raisin, pecan, herbal, unsweetened iced tea and brown sugar. Smelled better as it went down, including from the can (Smell - 3.75)

The taste followed the nose. In order got toasted barley, sugary grain, tea, herbal, plum, red apple, raisin, pecan, bitter malt, wood, hints of brown sugar and light peppery spice. (Taste - 4.00)

Medium body. Oily-to-creamy texture. Lively carbonation. Abrupt, bitter finish. (Feel - 4.00)

Was back and forth on a few categories on this one, but I enjoyed it overall. (Overall - 4.00)
