For this collaboration brew we teamed up with Bay Area brewery, Brewing with Brothas. After some thought, we decided to brew up something traditional and clean, but with a slight twist. We made this Helles Lager in normal fashion, but for late addition and whirlpool hops we used NZ Wakatu, a New Zealand hop with features similar to that of German Noble varieties. Clean, crisp, refreshing, and just in time for Oktoberfest. Prost!

16oz can. Bottom date stamp is '09/25/23'.
Mostly clear, pale gold colored body. Two fingers of white head recede to an interrupted cap. Leaves behind some small lacing webs.
Aroma of grain malts and earthy hops.
Taste is malty with biscuit and cracker. There are some fruit flavors, similar to peach, apple, and green grape. Mellow fade in the aftertaste.
Medium mouth feel. Clean, refreshing, and crisp finish. Very good carbonation.
Totally crushable with the balance of toasted malts and slightly fruity hops.
