Pours a dark yellow with a haze to the transparency. Head is a finger of dense white foam. Aroma is grassy and herbaly hops, with biscuity and wafery malts behind. The malts start to take lead almost immediately, with the hops falling behind. Flavor profile is similar, bringing across notes of grassy, herbal, and faint medicinal hops, layered over biscuity, wafery, and crackery malts. It has aa big dry finish. Mouth feel is medium-thin with a crushed velvet texture. It's a little overly bubbly to be crisp. Overall, it's refreshing, with delicate hops at the onset.
