Pours a dull golden-straw color with a moderate fog to the translucency. Head is two and a half fingers of white foam. Aroma is heavy bread with bits of floral, herbal, and wafery, crackery malts behind. Pilsner malt notes are more of an afterthought, with the nose driven by bread and floral. Flavor profile echos the aroma, with floral, herbal, and spicy hops out front with dense bready malts behind. About way through, crackery, wafery malt notes come online, drying out the finish. Mouth feel is crisp, forming a refreshing texture when combined with the medium-thin consistency. Overall, a crispy sipper with some extra hop play.
