A delightful Hopfen Weiss. Bottle 94 of 450 limited release, this beer was brewed to celebrate one year of operations for Paris Beer Company. It is hopped with Cascade hops fresh from their own hop farm within one hour of harvest. This ale was aged for 7 months in bourbon barrels. Excellent job all!
